Great product, poor service

Ordered exactly what I needed for a large landscaping project building Stepoc curved walls, price was great.
Delivery was poor, arrived 3 days later, paid for delivery pre-12pm, took a long time for the team to respond to my requests for updates on the delivery and the refund.

Unfortunately I had ordered 4x1000 16mm bars I was sent 4x400mm bars but only small project new fish pond but at least you bothered to fulfill my order without a fabricated price (sorry for the pun) will use again if I need any more products.
