Excellent sales let down by couriers

Can’t fault the products, unfortunately twice that I’ve used this company the delivery partners have let them down, ordered products with weeks to go before being needed, first order turned up weeks later and second order got lost so new order needed placed, when you have groundworkers coming to site and concrete pours programmed in I don’t want to be chasing deliveries costing £7:50 a time

Great to deal with but let down by delivery
