Wrong Product

I ordered 6 mm x 40 mm screws and received 4 mm (possibly 4.5 mm ) x 60 mm screws. Despite informing Just The Job of this error I haven't received any apology any acknowledgement of the error or any other communication. Only a small thing and only a small price paid but I wasn't able to complete the task and it doesn't inspire confidence. I had written it off as one of those things so a bit foolish asking for a review methinks.
