The grade plate spacer offers stable support to reinforcing steel in ground beams. It's large base area prevents puncturing of polythene film. The clip-on version facilitates use in horizontal & vertical applications. It is recommended to use a minimum of 8 supports per sheet of merchant mesh.

Good spacers

Good spacers and can withstand walking on them. Seen a couple of reviews which states they bent when waking on them. If you space them out well, and don't scrimp, they are more than up to the job. 12 gauge rebar with me walking over them and getting cement poured. Good product.

Some didn’t do the job

These are brilliant if you don’t need to walk on them. We had to have the concrete pumped in and the 2 men with the pump walked all over the mesh, bent it and broke the spacers. On reflection would have bought the concrete ones.
