Wrong description of goods.

I ordered 12.5m long and 4m wide dpm specifically to fit tomy new extension concrete slab ready for insulation and screed. The product cane but the width was only 3.6m. This drastically reduced coverage and I struggled cover the area. Luckily a neighbour who recently had an extension had some of this which allowed me to complete the job. I called the company and spoke to a nice person who said they would look at some sort of compensation but unfortunately I haven’t heard any more since.
